COMPANY HISTORY

Does this picture look familiar? The Custom Cook has been helping busy families and individuals  in the kitchen  since 1994.  We started with just a handful of customers, and now we have over one thousand.

 

Chef Joe & Staff

Chef Joseph Giancaspro (2nd from your right) is a graduate of the Johnson and Wales University of Culinary Arts.  He held significant positions in numerous aspects of the Culinary world at the Marriott Marquis in New York City, the Red Lion Hotel in Bellevue in Washington and the Desert Inn Hotel/Casino here in Las Vegas.

His numerous awards include, 1st place Societe Culnaire Philanthropriqe, New York Food Show - 1990, 2nd place International Geneva Association Food Show of New Jersey - 1992, 2nd place Societe Culinaire Philanthropiqe New York Food Show - 1991, just to name a few.
