Chef Joseph Giancaspro (2nd
from your right) is a graduate of the Johnson and Wales University of
Culinary Arts. He held significant positions in numerous aspects
of the Culinary world at the Marriott Marquis in New York City, the Red Lion
Hotel in Bellevue in Washington and the Desert Inn Hotel/Casino here in
Las Vegas.
His numerous awards include,
1st place Societe Culnaire Philanthropriqe, New York Food Show - 1990,
2nd place International Geneva Association Food Show of New Jersey -
1992, 2nd place Societe Culinaire Philanthropiqe New York Food Show -
1991, just to name a few.
